It all started 3-4 years ago, when I met Varion for the first time in college. We met up and talked about my plans and goals. For my dreams to come true, I knew I had to finish college. I started preparing while I was in college.
Varion would give me small tasks considered homework. My homework was to record videos of me talking and doing the weather forecast.
She would then watch it, offer feedback, and coaching tips on different ways I could improve. For more than 2 years she pushed me hard to make my graphics more creative. What’s even better, her guiding me on ways to improve my on-camera look.
